Our water comes from a confined aquifer in India, protected above by a natural mineral layer that filters it slowly over decades. We do not blend sources and we do not truck water to a bottling plant — the plant sits on the source.

What that gives you is consistency. The mineral profile in a bottle opened today should read the same as one opened next season, because nothing about the journey introduces variation.

The Point of It

High-mineral water flattens aromatics and adds a chalky edge. Low TDS water opens a spirit up without leaving a signature of its own.

It stands alone

Most of the people drinking this will never pour it into whisky. It has to be good on its own terms first — and it is.
